Journey

All journeys big & small start out the same. They start out with a first step. Everything after that is easy. Every man has a path, but some are too afraid to follow it. Some are too afraid of the risks. All they can see is the valleys & don't recognize the peaks. The only way to grow is to go through pains (guess that's why they call them growing pains.) Yet, if you never struggle you will never know what triumph feels like. If you never fail you can never truly appreciate success. If you never fall, how will you know how to get back up? I read somewhere that struggles build character but I will respectfully disagree. It doesn't build character at all but it does reveal it. Have a dream, a passion, goals & pursue them to no end!! I believe the only person who can step in your way is the man in the mirror. Follow the yellow brick road & see where it takes you. Be self guided, self directed, determined, push yourself & stay focused. All journeys start the same but not all end the same. However, you can only find out who you truly are & what your truly made of if your willing to take that risk. Understand there will be good days & bad days but if you keep on keeping on, you will reach that bright light at the end of the tunnel. Where only good & prosperous things await you. Hold on, be strong & carry on. Take the first step today.
